• When should I pay for services, before or after I use them?

• LLHOST INC. services are provided on a full prepayment basis. This applies to both ordering and renewal of services.

• Is it possible to take the service for a test?

• Yes. The trial for any of LLHOST INC. services can be requested by opening a ticket with request to the Technical Support department and is 24 hours. After 24 hours the service will be suspended. To turn it into a full-fledged paid service, it will be enough to pay the invoice, related to the service.

• What is a billing period (cycle)?

• The billing period (cycle) is a period of a calendar month or a few calendar months during which the service will be provided if it has been paid for in advance. The billing period starts on the day of your order. The next billing period will be the period that starts on the same day after a month (for a monthly billing period) or several months (for longer billing periods).
  Examples:
  If you ordered a service on 15/03/2111 for one month you will be billed for the period 15/03/2111 - 14/04/2111 and the next period will start on 15/04/2111.
  If you ordered a service on 15/03/2111 for six months you will be billed for the period 15/03/2111 - 14/09/2111 and the next period will start on 15/09/2111.

• What depends on choosing a billing period of one month or more?

• The frequency of billing and the total cost of the service. At LLHOST INC. we often give discounts for the clients, who buy the service at once for a long period of time. For example, rent of virtual server with monthly payment period will cost you 2.99 * 12 = 35.88 EUR. The same server for one year at once (annual billing period) will cost you 26,91 EUR.

• What happens if I don't pay on time?

• The day after the start of a new billing period, your service will be suspended. This means that all your data will be saved, but you won't be able to use the service. To reactivate the service, you will need to pay the appropriate invoice.

• What happens if I don't pay after the service is suspended for non-payment?

• On the 8th day after the start of the new billing period, the suspended service will be irrevocably terminated and cannot be reactivated after that.

• When is the next billing period billed?

• 14 days before the next billing period. You will have two weeks to decide whether to extend the service use.

• How will I know I have bills to pay?

• At the time of the renewal,14 days before the next billing period, a notification will be sent to the email specified in your account. 7 days before the next billing period a second reminder about the unpaid invoice will be sent.

• How would I know if I have an overdue invoice?

• The day after the unpaid period begins, an overdue billing notice will be sent to the email address of your profile.
  On the 3rd day after the unpaid period begins, a second overdue billing notice will be sent to the email address of your profile.
  On the 5th day after the start of the delinquent period, a third a final overdue billing notice will be sent to the email address of your profile.
