What to do if there are problems with payment?

If you encounter problems paying for LLHOST INC services, you should:

  1. Open an appropriate ticket to the Technical Support department.
  2. Give in the ticket the information concerning the error and payment:
    1. Screenshot of the error;
    2. The number of the account you are trying to pay;
    3. The name of the payment gateway you are trying to pay through;
    4. Payment method (card type, issuing bank, electronic funds type, transaction number, etc.);
    5. Any other information about the payment that can be disclosed by the client.

Our specialists will investigate your request and will do their best to help you.

IMPORTANT: Please be advised that in case there is a problem with payment due to our fault, or due to the fault of payment gateway, we will not interrupt our services until the problem is resolved. We will give you five business days to make your payment after we notify you that the problem has been resolved.
