To open a ticket, in your personal cabinet (https://my.llhost-inc.eu/clientarea.php) click on "Tickets" (https://my.llhost-inc.eu/supporttickets.php) and "Open a ticket", Department "Technical support".
A sample list of requirements for data migration:
1. A list of software to be migrated, or a list of websites
2. Root access to the old and new servers
3. Paths to files that being migrated
4. Dumps and/or list of databases with users and passwords
5. Cron tasks, if any exists
6. Any other wishes or instructions
